When I got on, the bus driver did not recognize my electronic (4 attractions + big bus) ticket. Service was not friendly. The bus was old and the commentary was really sub par. Especially not engaging or interesting for kids. Ear buds did not fit properly. It was unclear from the app what time the bus was coming. “no times available 11.11am -3.11pm” what does this mean? We stopped for half hour at Stop 1 and too long at many other stops. The commentary did not say what number stop we were at and though I paid for bondi ticket as well the driver only gave me a red ticket and by this stage we were all bored, not wanting to get off then wait 1 hour+ for next bus, unclear how long we would have to wait for the blue bus connection and unsure whether they would even let us on? This was a waste of money and a business that clearly knows it needs to provide no service once you’ve clicked the “buy now” button because you’ll only ever do this once.

Bus came Very infrequently so we spent many hours waiting. We couldn't get to 2 if the purchased attractions. There was no warning or indication given to us. The recordings on the bus stated 15 to 30 minutes interval between buses.

We bought the 48 hour pass and did the routs 3 time over the 2 days. Stopped off Bondi Beach for lunch and a few beers, Chinatown for dinner, another stop for lunch, the aquarium to see it, and the opera house for a tour. We also used it to get to Circular Quay for the Hop on Cruise. The cruise was nice and we stopped off Watsons Bay for lunch. All in all, the bus is a great way to see and get around the city.

One day combo bus & cruise tour turned into a 72 hour +4 venues due to a special promotion. Thank you Hop-On-Off people. The Rocks tour guide was fantastic! We booked through Trip Advisor....Horrible service. Our printed and phone tickets wouldn’t work! Had to go to central office and they cleared us to tour. This is my last use of trip advisor..... unreliable ticketing service!!!

I bought the $129 ticket for my family as it was a very raining day and I still want to do something with them. This package includes so many things: hop on hop off bus (one around the city and one around Bondi beach and surrounded), Capitan cook cruise that can take you to Manly,Taronga Zoo, Shark island Watsons Bay and other place and a pass for the 4 main attractions (Sea life, Madam Tussauds,Wild life and The tower). Serena that sold us the tickets was very nice and friendly and she help us a lot to understand the ticket and the best way to use it. My family were very happy for the tour, specially my Dad loved Madam Tussauds, although I did not want to go I have the funniest day of the trip!!!

Most of the day (once we found the stop) was fine Expect to wait 15-25 minutes at a stop EXCEPT during driver rest break-- this was 50 minutes of sweating since the bus was off and not moving.

Great way to get an overview of the area. Suggest improving or at least repairing the headphones on the buses that don't work or don't work well. Also consider making hand sanitizer dispensers and towels to wipe down wet seats available. Especially liked the walking tour of The Rocks.

Had a 5 days to spend in Sydney (!!) and had to find options to spend wisely. Got a deal from Viator for 2 days HOHO bus + 1 days additional + 1 day HOHO ferry. This is best deal available as even Big Bus operator also offers a 2 Days HOHO bus only at a higher price. Thanks Viator. Should you take it? - Routes: good routes and take you to the city - Price: good because even if you take a Opal card you will end up spending more. It takes AUD 2.5 everytime you board the metro/tram/bus - Condition of bus: good - Behaviour of staff: except for 1 driver, rest of them were nice and welcoming

Purchased two day ticket and got an extra free and one day harbour ferry pass. We really used it for all three days and found the staff and drivers very helpful and helped and gave advise when needed. Great way to see the city and beaches
